Terms & Conditions

By clicking the "Book Now" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and CanJobs LLC (“the Company”).

1. Service Agreement

​

By scheduling any service with CanJobs LLC, you agree:

  • That the service location is accurate and accessible on the day of service.

  • To provide unimpeded access to trash cans on your scheduled day (e.g., cans are not locked, behind gates, or filled with trash).

  • That services will be performed after trash has been collected by your local waste provider

2. Service Guarantee

​

We strive to restore trash bins to a like-new condition using high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning. However:

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, paint, or chemical burns inside bins.

  • If your bins have not been emptied prior to arrival, cleaning may be skipped at the driver’s discretion and rescheduled for the next available route.

3. Subscription Billing and Cancellations

​

  • All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically via CanJobs Merchant, monthly or quarterly based on your selection.

  • If service is canceled before completing the 3-month minimum on monthly cleanings, the customer will be back-charged the remaining balance of $60 (the equivalent of a one-time single-can cleaning).

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

  • Canceling mid-cycle does not qualify for a refund of any unused service days.

4. Missed Services and Rescheduling

​

  • We operate on a fixed route schedule. If cans are not accessible or not emptied, we will attempt service on the next visit.

  • Repeated missed or blocked access may result in cancellation of service at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility

​

  • You are responsible for:

    • Ensuring bins are placed curbside or easily accessible. (Just putting your trash out for collection)

    • Keeping bins free of chemicals, paint, oils, or hazardous materials.

    • Notifying us of any address changes, gate codes, or special access instructions.

6. Weather and Safety

​

  • Extreme weather or hazardous conditions (e.g., hurricanes, flooding, excessive heat) may cause delays or cancellations. In these cases, service will be rescheduled at the soonest safe opportunity.

7. Liability Disclaimer

​

CanJobs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your bins.

  • Lost, stolen, or misidentified bins that are outside your control.

  • Delays caused by municipal trash pickup or HOA rules that prevent access.

8. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
