Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

At CanJobs LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the results of your trash can cleaning, let us know within 24 hours of service, and we’ll gladly return for a free re-clean at our next available route date. This guarantee applies to serviceable issues — not permanent damage or uncleanable residue (e.g., melted plastic, paint, or chemical burns).
All service purchases are final and non-refundable. When you book or subscribe, you reserve a route time and commit to a 3-month minimum service term. If you cancel before completing that minimum, you will be back-charged the $45 owed for a single-can cleaning.
We do not offer refunds for:

Cans that are inaccessible or not emptied on service day

Customer-initiated cancellations mid-cycle

Weather-related delays (we will reschedule)
If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive service as agreed, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.
